Censeo Solutions, Inc was established on July 28, 2010, in Des Moines, Iowa.  The State of Iowa has certified Censeo Solutions as a Targeted Small Business and the United States Government recognizes it as a woman-owned small business.



Jennifer Farley, Ph.D., MPA

President of Censeo Solutions, Jennifer Farley, has over fifteen years experience in the fields of business, social services, education and youth development.  This includes extensive experience in assessment, evaluation and management.

Prior to founding Censeo Solutions, Jennifer managed the Learning Supports department of Iowa’s largest and most urban school district.  She has managed state, national and private funds and has served as a member and leader of local and statewide partnerships.

“I founded Censeo Solutions because I saw a growing need in our community, state, and nation for evaluation services. Censeo Solutions meets this need for organizations; creating evaluation plans, collecting data, and reporting outcomes for targeted audiences, like stakeholders and funders. As a small business, Censeo Solutions is able to provide flexible and affordable services, tailored to meet the needs of clients at any point in the process of evaluation.”

Jennifer earned a Ph.D. in Education from Iowa State University in 2016, with a certification in Applied Research Methods. In 2005, she earned her Masters of Public Administration degree from Drake University, where her course work included program evaluation and emphasized Public Policy. She graduated in 2001 from Central College in Pella with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, she was honored as the Butler Scholar of Economics.

Niki Hinton

Headshot1With a lifelong passion for helping others, Niki Hinton consults with Censeo Solutions to better serve clients in regard to Fundraising, Board Recruitment and Development, Operations and Workflow Analysis and increasing social media presence with Facebook.  Overall, Niki’s work focuses on helping non-profit organizations learn to work more like businesses and uncover their potential to connect with the community and raise money. Her business background includes commercial real estate sales as well as marketing for a chamber of commerce, bank and a Fortune 500 company.

 Niki earned an undergraduate degree from Drake University, where she majored in public relations, with a focus on marketing and women’s studies. Her graduate degree, also from Drake University, is in public administration, with a concentration in non-profit executive leadership. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with both degrees, and has been honored with a 40 Under 40 Award for her professional, civic and charitable community work.

 Within her areas of expertise, Niki is experienced building tailored fundraising plans for organizations, which may include; corporate fundraising strategies, developing community partnerships, building a fundraising board, grant writing, and use of social media.   She has provided such services to local, state and federal organizations, agencies and collaborations.
